Neurofeedback helps with symptoms from:

- Peak Performance
Neurofeedback is direct training of brain function. Electrodes are placed on different quadrants on the scalp to listen in on brainwave activity. The brain learns to function more efficiently while watching images on a screen. The signal is processed through the computer. It is a gradual learning process for your brain while it regulates.
Neurofeedback is also called EEG Biofeedback as it is based on electrical brain activity, the electroencephalogram, or EEG.
Neurofeedback does not hurt. It can be used on an elementary school age child if they can communicate clearly when the Neurofeedback clinician is checking in with them during the session.
It is optimal to receive brain training 2 - 3 times a week consistently over a 20-session period.
